I had a few spare moments to relate this diet fad I've fallen prey to... 2 a.m. - a bedside glass of V8 splash and slice of whole wheat bread slathered in peanut butter

Five trips to the bathroom later...

5 a.m. - a few handfuls of peanuts, also kept bedside

5:30 a.m. - finding the peanuts totally unfulfilling, literally, I cave in and head for the kitchen for a bowl of frosted shredded wheat

7:50 a.m. - another glass of splash, two pieces of buttered and jellied toast, plus a prenatal vitamin

10:30 a.m. - a mini whole wheat bagel with full-fat cream cheese (no more of this light and fat-free stuff for me!)

11:00 a.m. - small cup of applesauce

11:30 a.m. - cheese and peanut butter crackers

Noon - overripe banana - yuck!

1 p.m. - Leftovers from last night, which I find totally unappealing but force down my throat for the good of you know who - tilapia stuffed with crab meat, cheesy rice and corn

3 p.m. - fall back on emergency cup-a-noodles stash as my hunger pangs return in full force (almost as satisfying as the sausage biscuits I've been craving but, mostly, denying myself)

4:00 p.m. - pudding snack (why did I bother buying the fat free kind?)

5:00 p.m. - gearing up for my 45-minute work out, I scarf down some grapes and a nutri-grain bar in the car on the way to the gym

5:45 p.m. - while walking on the track realize I must eat again! So pull out my 100 calorie-pack of cookies that I have taken to keeping in my gym bag at all times. Needless to say I am the only person eating and working out at the same time.

7:00 p.m. - six Ritz crackers smothered in Publix's reduced fat seafood cheese spread (heaven), and some olives (Rich refuses to kiss me after I eat these)

8:00 p.m. - dinner, if I can stomach it

9:30 p.m. - some sort of dessert, Edy's whole fruit bars have been good lately

10:00 p.m. - a bowl of cereal is inhaled to try and ward off premature hunger pangs in the middle of the night

So, ladies, take this diet to heart - it is perfect for creating new curves that are both functional and sexy (according to my husband)!PregnancyAndBaby.com
