Week 10 - What was I doing? This week I feel so much better than I've felt the past couple. I think a lot of it is due to the fact that I'm taking a different prenatal vitamin with more B6 in it. When I had my first appointment, my OB gave me some samples and I've been taking
Week 11 - 199 days left I am SO thankful that some of the nausea and exhaustion has subsided!! What a huge relief! I'm finding there are more days where I feel 'normal' again and want to do things instead of wondering how long it will be until I get to go home. Now that
Week 12 - We're not telling! I am hoping and praying that someday I will be able to eat like a normal person again. This baby makes almost all food in the world disgusting! I'm a LOVER of sweets -- cookies, candies, ice cream, brownies, pastries -- you name it, I love it.
Week 13 - 2nd Trimester Yeah second trimester! It's just unfortunate that I feel like crap on a stick right now! My sinuses are all stopped up and if they aren't stopped up they are dripping so fast that I literally have snot running down my face.
Week 14 - No weight gain yet! Good news! I still haven't gained any weight! I have been worried that I would gain weight immediately in pregnancy since my body LOVES to accumulate more and more fat cells, but luckily when I went this week and saw the doc, the scale was actually
Week 15 - Weepy I am so anxious to feel the baby move I can hardly stand it. I've felt these really weird little fluttery feelings way down low and have wondered but know that it may still be to early to REALLY be feeling anything other than my imagination.
Week 16 - I love food again! Well, the next time I go in to the doc on November 29th, I'll be seeing my new doctor, Baker. I'm anxious to switch since I know I have to now, even though I still really love the doc that I'm seeing. When I go in, I should be able to set up my 20
Week 17: A scare I am finally home after a horrible week. It all started on Sunday morning about 2am when I woke up with the most horrible stomach pains I've ever experienced. I was up most of the night and then Sunday during the day I just felt lousy. Sunday evening
Week 19 - SHE is beautiful I wish I could say that I'm completely pain free, but it isn't the case. After last weekend, I have stuck to a low-fat diet and eaten every two hours or so to keep something in my stomach. I have tried different foods to see what would happen. It'
Week 20 - Acrobatics My baby girl is an acrobat! Or she's practicing martial arts. Or she's dancing. Or she's swimming like a fish. She's doing something! She has a definite pattern of movement as well. She is usually active early afternoon around 1:30 after lunch.
Week 21 - Did you feel that? "Did you feel that??" Those are the four words that I've been asking Steve for about a week now. There are times when she is moving so much that I am just certain that Steve will be able to feel it.
Week 22 - A Cradle for Scarlett Scarlett Cynthia. We told our families on Christmas day -- both seemed to think that that name would do! Jon, Steve's younger brother, came up with names like "Yalta the Cistern" before finally figuring out the name.

Week 24 - Music to my ears So from what I'm reading, the baby can hear things pretty clearly now. She's use to the tone and intonation of my voice and learning the music that I've been listening to. So, I thought it was time for a little experiment. We started with Mozart.

Week 26 - Lullaby Just like last week, this week has not been eventful! I am thankful for that. Baby continues to grow, I continue to feel well, my clothes continue to get tighter and I continue to get more and more frustrated with it.
