Victoria Beckham is just another working mom — and she knows how hard it can be to juggle all her priorities.
Working moms everywhere know how hard it can be to balance work, family and me time — and Victoria Beckham is no exception.
The 37-year-old mother of four gave birth to Harper Seven last summer, but having a new baby hasn’t slowed her down a bit.
“There are quite a few video conferences at 5 a.m. with me in my dressing gown, holding baby,” Beckham told Women’s Wear Daily.

“For me, it’s no different than it is for a lot of women out there. It’s like juggling glass balls. I love it.”
Her new baby — and her three other boys — have done little to slow down Beckham’s successful fashion biz.
“Though I’m trying to take baby steps, the business is growing very quickly,” she told the magazine.

“Our turnover year-over-year has increased over 120 percent. I think to anyone’s standards that’s very impressive.”
And no, she did not take any leave.
“Maternity leave — what’s that?” she joked.
“I’ve been working incredibly hard so I’m prepared for next season.”

That would explain the business meetings in her bathrobe! Hey, it’s a step up from the meetings she used to take in her bikini.
The singer-turned-designer isn’t pushing product she doesn’t care about. Beckham is often seen wearing her own frocks straight off the runway.
