More details about Justin Bieber‘s alleged baby mama’s past are coming out. And by the looks of her latest mug shot… it doesn’t look pretty.
Mariah Yeater is having one unforgettable week. First, she filed a paternity suit against mega pop star Justin Bieber after having allegedly hooked up with him backstage at one of his shows last year. And now, every detail about this once unknown 20-year-old single mother is beginning to surface across the internet.
Unfortunately for Yeater though, things aren’t looking too pretty.
TMZ has obtained a mug shot of Yeater taken moments after she was arrested for allegedly slapping her ex-boyfriend last year, who just happens to also be the other guy she accused of fathering her child.
Yeater was charged with battery in December 2010 for slapping her ex-boyfriend John Terranova after she told him that he was the father of her then-unborn baby.
Terranova is denying that he is the father of baby Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, as is Yeater’s other suspected baby daddy, Bieber.
Terranova’s grandmother Frances Lippe told TMZ that Yeater had been dating her grandson in Las Vegas toward the end of high school. It was late last year when Yeater and Terranova got into an altercation at Lippe’s home when Terranova insisted that he did not get her pregnant. The two got into an argument and police were called to the scene when Yeater allegedly broke a car window out of rage.
According to a police report, Yeater returned to the home to work out a payment plan for the window but instead got into another altercation with her ex-boyfriend, this time allegedly slapping him three separate times in the face with her open right hand. She was then arrested and charged for battery.
Yeater gave birth to her son in San Diego on July 6, but did not list a father on her birth certificate. Her lawyers are currently insisting that Bieber take a DNA test to “scientifically prove” that he is the father of her child.
According to TMZ, Yeater is due back in a Las Vegas courtroom in the near future.
