Miley Cyrus stalker answers charges

Miley Cyrus has a 53 year-old stalker, a Georgia man who told police he was secretly engaged to her.

Miley Cyrus is all smiles with her stalker in custodySo,
that begs to ask? What do you get when you combine being in the spotlight, being super successful and oh yes, young? In other words, the world of celebrity isn’t always glam.

In fact, it could be downright scary.

Just look at Disney princess Miley Cyrus. Her stalker appeared in court August 18 to answer to
charges of attempting to stalk Miley Cyrus while she was in Georgia making a movie.

Keep in mind Cyrus is sixteen years-old. The stalker came to Tybee Island seeking to find her and also tried to breach a security perimeter
around the movie set this past June.

Then, he told an officer about the secret engagement and that she sent him secret messages through her television show.

Mark McLeod, the stalker, was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on misdemeanor charges of attempted stalking, disorderly conduct and obstruction of a police officer.

He was sent to jail in Chatham County, the same county where Tybee Island is located. Then he asked a judge to be appointed a lawyer.

The details: McLeod was charged on June 22 with disorderly conduct and obstruction of a police officer for trying to cross the security perimeter. He was warned to stay away from the island then
then on August 6 he was arrested after returning to the filming location and asking where he could find the starlet.

Lucky for Cyrus, at least she finished filming the movie last week, The Last Song on the island and in Savannah.
