Sometimes other bloggers offer the perfect amount of info, no need for me to re-hash. Here are five great links with news you need to know…

Consumer Reports has a nice (and short) Q&A on which antibiotics are safe for breastfeeding mamas to take - this is a must read. Mamas get sick too and you don’t want harmful medications affecting your breast milk.  

Moms Speak About Weight Gain - you know you’re interested in what other mamas are saying about this topic and luckily, Babylune has the low-down.

A favorite of mine, Solo Mother, has a great post about single moms, working, balancing, and how to deal when our kids need attention first. A lovely post with too much sweetness to believe.

If you’re looking for some long-term reading pleasure, then I highly suggest spain dad, a baby blog. I’m not going to point out one post because the whole darn blog is a great read; full of from the heart stories and great photos.

Lastly my co-blogger at Tree Hugging Family scored some awesome eco friendly reusable kiddie bags to give away. I like to keep you up on contests that you might love, and this one is great. The bags are adorable and there are three up for grabs.
