I loved this name enough to call my daughter Charlotte. And now I love it even more, because it's *her*! It's a beautiful name, still unique - but classic.

This name is second on our current list. I like it because it's old fashioned but not over-used

I really like this name. It's very feminine and classic. Because it's a name you don't hear all the time it's on the top of our list

I love this name; it is my daughter's also. Be warned, this name is getting popular, for the reasons listed here. I see on all sorts of name boards that people feel it has not been widely used, so it is getting more use. But I still love it.

Chiming in that Charlotte is thought to be not often used, and so it is getting popular. It's our daughter's name also, and we love it (it's her, as someone said above), but it is climbing up there with the other "classics." I didn't even think of it as classic, more as offbeat. Oh well!

Of couse I love the name because we chose it for our daughter. I have always loved it and thought it to be a strong feminine name that also implies a kind of quiet beauty. I actually don't care if it becomes popular. I consider the name a classic and it will never go out of style.
