Researchers at the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine just found that active and healthy kids are, on average, happier than their overweight peers. The research showed that overweight and usually non-active kids who spent about 10-15 weeks in an exercise program lost weight, improved their health, and amazingly had less anger. Acts like hitting, door slamming, and more were reduced. Very cool news and another good reason why getting your baby moving from the start is smart.
