Angelina Jolie was nominated for a Golden Globe during Sunday night’s ceremony, but she was more excited for her cushy bedroom time with Brad Pitt.
Angelina Jolie was one of the best-dressed stars at the 2012 Golden Globes, but she was more concerned about getting out of her form-fitting Versace gown.
“My shoes are going to kill me!” she told reporters after the show. Maybe that’s why she was looking forward to going home.
“Getting into bed with Brad!” Jolie told the AP when asked what she was looking forward to after the ceremony. Oh, dear… we’re blushing.
Maybe she just wanted to get out of the dress because Pitt made her look bad?
“You’re prettier than me,” Jolie allegedly told Pitt after they arrived at the CAA after party at Sunset Tower Hotel. Pitt, clad in a Salvatore Ferragamo tuxedo, was more upset about the New Orleans Saints’ loss on Saturday.
“My Saints lost yesterday, so I’m a little upset,” Pitt told Access Hollywood of the loss against the San Francisco 49ers. “The first half was one of the most painful. The second half was really strong.”
The weekend caps off a busy week for the superstar couple. Pitt and Jolie “dropped by [the White House] so [President Obama] could talk with Jolie about her work on preventing mass atrocities and combating sexual violence against women.”
Still, Jolie can sit down and watch football with the best of them — but for a different reason than most.
“When I see someone who, like, cries or waves to his mom or kids, then that suddenly becomes my favorite player,” Jolie joked to Access Hollywood. “I’m a girl, you know.”
