Congratulations to Pink and Carey Hart! The couple are proud new parents of a baby girl, named Willow.
Pink’s baby has arrived! The singer took to her official Twitter page Thursday evening to announce the birth of her first child.
The 31-year-old writes, “We are ecstatic to welcome our new beautiful healthy happy baby girl, Willow Sage Hart. She’s gorgeous, just like her daddy. #beyondblessed.”
Speculation that baby day had arrived for Pink began Thursday morning when she tweeted the message, “New Moon in Gemini today 🙂 a good time to start something new… Also called the Honey Moon.” Turns out Pink really was leaving her Twitter fans a baby news hint!
Earlier in the day RadarOnline reported a source as saying, “Pink’s baby was breached, so they were going to schedule a C-section if the baby didn’t correct its position. Her last check-up was on May 12 and she was expected to give birth three weeks from then, so today is perfect timing!”
Willow is an English name meaning ‘freedom’ or ‘tree.’
Well-wishes for Pink and the baby have begun to pour in from Twitter fans. One follower writes, “Congrats on the birth of a healthy baby girl. Hope she’s as talented as Mom & Dad!” While another said, “Congratulations! from Japan. We are ecstatic to welcome our new beautiful healthy happy baby girl!”
